RESPONSIBILITIES

10 point job description:

• Convert Buyers and Sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our Benefits Presentation 
• Complete VIP Buyer/Listing using CTME and submit to your assigned Admin person
• Show Buyer properties/communicate with Sellers weekly
• Submit offers weighted in Buyer’s favor and negotiate/submit offers to Sellers and negotiate best price and terms
• Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
• Review CD with buyer/seller client
• Attend closing
• Get referrals, testimonials and 5 Star Reviews!
• No grunt prospecting – ever
• Repeat! 

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Qualifications:

• Must be Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Must have relevant driver’s license and dependable transportation
• In good standing with DORA
• Passionate about Real Estate 
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Know how to use ReColorado MLS is a Plus!
• Know how to write a contract for buyer or seller is preferred

$100,000+ at plan, commission
